Online student enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.
You must have a valid address within the Vista Unified School District Boundaries to use this system. The online process typically takes 20-30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process in one sitting, you may logout, and resume the process at a later time.
If your student is currently enrolled in a VUSD school, you do not need to Pre-enroll using this website. Instead, please create a Parent Portal account here and contact your student's school for more information.
To get started enrolling a new student click the Enroll A New Student button. If you need help, there is a video you can watch that may answer your questions.
Once an account has been created, you can enroll another student by clicking Enroll A New Student. You will then choose the correct year and click next. Once you click next on the Required Information page, you will need to log in as an existing user. This will allow some of the information that was used for the previous student to auto-populate for the student you are currently enrolling.
If you would like to reprint or review students you previously enrolled using Aeries Air, click the Login button.
